OUR AGENCY VALUES

We believe that culture is born from values

01

COURAGE

We are in the business to make our clients successful. So we have the courage to make our best strategic recommendations, even when they may not be what people want to hear, may be unpopular or may cost us business.

CURIOSITY

We believe that to be successful we can never stop learning. So, we dedicate a portion of our budget to training/education. We expect Callahan employees to take it upon themselves to be constantly learning about our industry, technology, trends and the consumers and shoppers we’re striving to reach.

OPTIMISM

We believe in the unbelievable. Dream big and big things will happen, personally and professionally. Positive people create a fun culture because anything is possible. So, we hire people who love what they do and whose enthusiasm for big ideas is contagious.

GENEROSITY

We’re not ashamed to care. About each other, our profession and the community. So, we’re always there for each other. And we share a percentage of our profits, our talent and our time with the community, others in our profession and our staff.

EXCELLENCE

We expect the best from ourselves and from those around us. Quality work is expected. Excellence is hard, but the fire in your belly compels you to plow through negative inertia and go for it. There’s no better feeling than to say, “we did it.”

RESPECT

We acknowledge each person’s greatness and value. So we don’t tolerate big egos or bullies. We respect the time, needs and ideas of others. We listen with full attention and respond with open minds.

TRUST

Trusting relationships enable us to take risks. So, we are transparent. We share our numbers. We keep our word. We’re comfortable expressing opinions and engaging in healthy debates with our clients and each other.
