As Callahan’s Director of Account Management, Mark is a guiding force in delivering excellence for every brand. He collaborates with each discipline in the agency to deliver actionable insights that drive business results. Mark’s understanding of retail has helped guide key CPG brands like Nudges Dog Treats, True Chews Dog Treats, Sevin Insecticides and Spyder Tools.

Mark’s efforts helped Nudges become the #1 natural dog treat at Walmart. He’s also leveraged data analytics to create a relaunch plan for Sevin (recognized as best-in-class by Home Depot and Lowe’s) that lead to additional shelf space for the brand.

Prior to joining Callahan, Mark led the branding efforts for some of the largest retailers in the country, including Walmart, Petsmart, Haverty’s Furniture, Rite Aid Drug Stores and Family Dollar. This experience has given him an insider’s view of the challenges retailers face regarding shelf allocation, merchandising assortment and value positioning.
