    1. Analytics and Marketing Automation

      We use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service and to automate marketing actions in an attempt to nurture visitors with personalized and useful content based on visitor interactions with our website and past emails. Those Service Providers include Google Analytics, Newfangled and Act-On.

      1. Google Analytics

        Newfangled is a marketing software Service Provider used by our Service. Here are some user activities gathered and track by Newfangled:

      3. Act-On Software

        Act-On is a marketing automation software Service Provider used by our Service. The following activities tracked by Act-On:

        • Email click-through rate
        • Web sessions and pages visited
        • Web activity, such as content downloaded

        You can opt out of having your activity on the website available to Act-On by instructing your browser to refuse all cookies, and by not providing us with any personal information via the Service.

        Your personal data is only shared with Act-On if you provide it to us, and agree to the terms defined in this Notice. In addition, where required by law, we will only use Act-On to contact you via automated email if you have explicitly given us your permission to do so.

    2. Webinars

      We may use third-party Service Providers to share audio, documents and applications with registered webinar attendees.

      1. LogMeIn/GoToWebinar

        LogMeIn is a company that provides the GoToWebinar webinar service that we use for our Service. Here are some of the ways GoToWebinar is used:

        • Registering visitors
        • Sending marketing communications
        • Hosting webinars

        We only share your Personal Data with LogMeIn if you have explicitly registered to attend a webinar. In such cases, your Personal Data will be shared with LogMeIn in order to fulfill the service of providing you with access to the Webinar.     4. CRM (Customer Relationship Marketing)

      We use a third-party Service Provider to manage our lists and automate some of our business development efforts.

      1. Salesforce

        Salesforce is used to store Prospect and Customer Data for use by our sales team in managing new business opportunities and current client relationships.

        Your Personal Data is only shared with Salesforce if you provide it to us, and agree to the terms defined in this Privacy Policy.

    We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.

  13. Children’s Privacy

    Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 16 (“Children”).

    We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children have provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
