Issue: A revolutionary idea for a STEM camp in a box needed an identity and launch marketing to go from start-up to national brand.
Our aha: Showcasing the action and adventure of this new approach sparks the imaginations of educators, students and parents.
Result: In its first year, Flint STEM Camp exploded from two schools in Kansas, to 20+ camps from coast to coast.
While most STEM summer camps conjure up dull images of popsicle stick bridges and egg drops, a new STEM camp-in-a-box start-up had other ideas. The founders came to Callahan for help launching their tech-forward, hands-on camps onto the national stage.
To spark excitement in camp leaders and campers, we named and branded the company “Flint.” Then we built the marketing and e-commerce infrastructure for exponential growth, including Flint’s edgy, informative website, social media, email, search, marketing automation, packaging and collateral.
Our client credits us with “creating what seems like an established national brand in just six months.” In 2018 Flint will host camps all across the U.S.
